Guidelines for booking a show

1.) Unlike many theater companies out there, we are repertory which means that you can choose any one of several shows that we offer. So your not locked into a show by run, instead you can choose any show you like!

2.) We must check with the presenting location to ensure they have the availability for your group, so be sure to jot down a few dates and times that interest you. This will save you time if your first choice is not available, and you will be able to accomplish more on your first call.

3.) You will receive a contract within two weeks, or one hour by email! Read the contract; sign it; and return the signed copy with a $100.00 deposit to secure your reservation.

4.) Your final head count is due 48 hours prior to your event so the presenter can properly prepare your meals. Once this count is verified, you will be billed on that amount.

5.) Your full payment is due the day of the event by check or money order.
